This policy is being rewritten.
Steadyline is a phone assistant for small business. The policy published here before described a different service, one that placed calls to pharmacies, prescribers and insurers on behalf of a family member. It does not describe what Steadyline does, so we have taken it down rather than leave it standing.
What is true in the meantime
- This website has no forms and no accounts. Getting in touch means sending an email, so nothing is collected here beyond ordinary web server logs.
- Steadyline is in early access with a small number of businesses. The terms covering those accounts, including what is recorded and how long it is kept, were agreed with each business directly.
- The new policy has to answer how call recording consent works, which differs by state. We would rather publish it late than publish it wrong.
