What is live today
Steadyline is in early access. Answering from your knowledge base, taking booking and return requests, and the call record are live. Order lookup, writing bookings into your calendar and issuing refunds arrive with the integrations, and the Business tier is priced for them. While early access runs, terms are agreed with each business directly, so talk to us before assuming a plan above fits you yet.

Why per call and not per minute
Per minute billing reads cheaply and bills badly. It rounds every call up, charges you while a caller is deciding, and lets a run of spam eat an allowance you paid for. Then the only fix offered is a bigger plan.
A call is also how you already think about your phone. You know roughly how many you get in a week. You do not know how many minutes they add up to.
